diy newsprint nails
how to do it:
1. paint nails with two coats.
2. when dry, dip nails into small bowl of alcohol for 10-15 seconds.
3. quickly press a small piece of newspaper over the nail. you want to do this step fairly fast, if you press it on too long the nail polish will stick to the paper and come off. roll your finger as you gently pull the news paper off the nail.
4. paint with a clear top coat. (optional)
